Will there be any versions beyond 1.21?

I recently emailed Papyrus Software to ask if there would be any further
updates and/or trackpacks and was told that there were no plans for any
further trackpacks, but they weren't clear about if there would be any
version updates beyond 1.21.  Any word from anyone?  Thanks.
