How to change controls on UBI F1 French Demo

I have the Ubi F1 Demo (french only) and don't know how to change the
controllers in the game ---

I don't own a decent joystick or a wheel/pedal .. so I want to change it
to KEYBOARD and remap the keys to use the ARROW keys ...

How to do it ?  NO french spoken here ...
