Try THE PITS.  They have a VERY easy converter from N1 to ICR2 and back.

I have ICR2 and Nascar2 with the CD-ROM of Nascar1 as well.  Can
anyone suggest a place whaere I can locate track converters for the
Nascar1 to ICR2 without my having to be a NASA computer programmer to
set these up?  I bought the utility TOP SPEED, and it seemed that I
had to do very much to accomplish the end result.  There has to be a
better way than that, considering the fact that Nascar1 and ICR2 are
both from Sierra/Papyrus!  If anyone can help me it would be much
appreciated.  If the converters have detailed instructions as to how
to convert the tracks over it would be great!
