I gather you mean Monaco Grand Prix Racing Sim 2.  I believe the date for US
release is around Feb.  You can get the import from some companies in the US
right now.  I got it from www.actioncd.com for $30.  It comes with an editor
for textures.  There's already a very good database of user cars, carsets,
tracks for '98 and other recent years (www.mgprs2.com).  But frankly, I don't
consider it to be all that much of an obvious change from F1RS (you'll get a
lot of hot debate on this last subjective statement).
