Have you talked to those people?  Very unfriendly and don't want to bother to
help.

They seemed fine when I called about RMAing my wheel.  The technical
support forum is not as good as the Kyro II forum.  It seems they don't
provide technical support over the forum, just over the phone or via
email.

I don't recommend getting a Ferrari FF wheel for WinXP because the
driver version 3.08 isn't very good IMO.  You won't be able to connect
an Act-Labs shifter and still see the Ferrari driver for instance.

For WinME or less, just use the older 2.0.16 or 2.1.11 drivers and
you're set to go racing in style -- not much support needed there :)

I don't know about customer support, but I do know that TM released a driver
for XP (3.08) and the thing hardly works-- oftentimes and what seems like
haphazardly you get a blue-screen error.

These drivers were released over a month ago, and still they haven't fixed
them.  Folks on TM's boards know all about the bug in the driver, but they
still have done nothing to fix it.  It's really disgraceful.  My next wheel
will definitely not be a TM wheel.

WRONG!!! Always been extremely helpful & friendly to me!!
They are 100% topshelf in my book! Also when my ff Ferrari
went bad on me {And I beat the 'pizz' out of it} I sent the old
one back & within 2days I had a brand new one! So whoever
you are, you must be talking to the wrong Company! Fact!

Whatever TM is or wherever TM went or whoever TM is now, customer support is
bad.  They've had months to fix these TM drivers, which took them months to
get out in the first place, and they've done nothing.
