The first few hours playing MM are really great fun, but after a week
I deleted the game from my HD.
99% is really ridiculous, the games starts to get boring after a short
while. Around 85% I would say....
Today I first played Need for Speed 4 on my pc. Now there's an arcade
racing game that deserves high in the 90's.... Fantastic graphics,.
superb FF, and a career mode makes replayability value really high!

Don't know if it quite warrants THAT high, but certainly 94 or 95. In
it's genre (arcade racing/driving) it is the most innovative, fungame
in literally years. It has revitalized a genre that had become quite
stale IMO. That warrants a pretty high score I think.

After the first week I hadn't even beaten all the amateur
checkpoint races yet (16 out of 32).  The opponent AI is
the best ever seen.  I shutter to thing how glued I will be
trying to beat ALL the pro races...it'll take a LONG time.

No.  Its amusing as all hell with friends on a LAN, single player is boring
as all get out once you get all the cars. :)

Single player boring as hell?  I sure don't think so.  I can play it for
hours on end and I'm just in awe of the beauty of this sim!  It looks better
than anything/game out!  I just played online for awhile but just cruising
around and ramming stuff at very high speed in the WideScreen mode (W key)
is just awesome!

And yes, you can pan and zoom the external far view as well (the V key).
It's not documented anywhere that I could find, but here's how it works...

Insert, delete, Home, End, PageUp, PageDown all control zooming, panning,
and elevation when in this mode of view.  It makes it much better!

Has anyone figured out a way to unhook the trailer from the big Truck yet?
I heard it was easy to do in the beta.  I wish there was an "unlatch" switch
somewhere for this.

You can stratch it by using a good ForceFeet (notch) wheel :-)

Save this message, and look at it in around 2-3weeks.

MMM is a great title for the first weeks you play with it, very fun and
entertaining (+ ***ive), but after you pass all the course, know the
Chicago streets by heart and tired of the bad Police AI, the fun stops.
There is the multiplayer part of it that will keep you entertained for
another 2-3weeks, still :)

I've tried a lot in the Mustang GT, the Beetle (hehe) and the Panoz(?)
Roadster, but never could make the jump.  Maybe you need the 67 mustang or the
Panoz(?) supercar...

Probably just from the shock of Microsoft releasing a racing game that's
worth a damn :)

Well, MTM2 is pretty good too :)
