I saw a couple of people had probs with the T1 in GP2. Has anyone had
probs trying to calibrate the T2? I can't get mine to calibrate
correctly. Steering (horizontal) works fine, as does acceleration.
When pressing the brake pedal fully, it throws the calibration
dot back to the top as if it was acceleration. I also tried the
"control driven calibration" to no avail . Ideas or suggestions
greatly appreciated.

Try putting the "T2.CON" (found on the CD) in to your "GPSAVES"
directory (I think that is the right directory). Then go in to
Advanced Controller Setup and give it a try.

As I've said to this group at least 3 time now.All you need do
is to make sure that the control driven calibration box is
checked. Then when you calibrate it asks you to steer rather
than move joystick left etc. This wil correct the back to
front calibration of the brakes/gas.

I had the same problem, and can still repeat it at will.  The solution
was to run in MS-DOS mode instead of Win95.  Whenever I'm in 95, the
pedals are completely hosed.  DOS mode works just fine with T2.CON
from the CD-ROM.

Now if I can re-learn how to drive for F1.  I feel like Michael
Andretti!
