Eldred ran 26 last season, so he actually *has not* changed car
numbers...
You can't pick another number that was in use last season until Feb
01, and only if that number has not been re-claimed by the original
driver.

Oh, right. OK sign me up for #8 again in the meantime.
Thanks,

Tentative (people that have somehow given me the impression that they
want to race, but have not come right out and said they want the same
number yet):
6 - John Pancoast
17 - Jan Verschueren
76 - Olav Malmin
The game will be out well before then.
And it's fixed setup racing. And it's Daytona.
Do the math :)))

We should use N2002 for the first race (Daytona) as more than half the
normal field probably won't be able to race if we don't. JLe, Ginger, Ian
P., Jan, Colin, Uwe, Ed, Goy, Olav, and I'm sure some others won't be able
to race on Feb. 16th if we use N2003.

If you pick 8 now, that's your number - period. If you want 12, wait
until Feb 01 and if it's available, pick that one instead. Of
course, you take a chance on loosing that car (8) number and still
not being able to get 12, but it's your choice to make.
So, what do you want to do?
Should he look behind curtian number 1 or should he wait and look behind
curtian #2? Or , maybe the car is behind curtian #3?
Why don't we ask the audience! They seem to know all the answers.
Audience, give me some help. What should Phasor do?
Should he fold and go with #8? (curtian #1)
Or bet the house on the special #12? (curtian #2)
Or better yet, surprise us all with mystery # __? (Curtian #3)
Curtian #1 or Curtian #2 or Curtian #3 ?
Grubs vote is curtian #1. Go with the number 8.
Wait. That number 12 is good too. Grub changes his vote. I say curtian #2.
Number 12 is going to kick some ***this year. Bet the house on #12 phasor.
You can't lose. I'll even bet your next paycheck on it.

Never argue with an idiot. He brings you down to his level, then beats you

BTW, I'll miss every other week as a GPL league might conflict. Unless
of course I crash out. I seem to do that all to often. :-/
Is there any news on a server?

No Richard. I got the first name wrong (my mistake).
Before anyone's head explodes, I want to warn you now that I do
*occasionally* make a mistake. The last one was when I thought I
made a mistake, but found out later that I hadn't.
:)
Richard, you are in the 49 (unless you really want another number).
