Copying a Colin McRae installation to another computer

I copied it from a Windows 95 system to a Windows 2000 system and when
I run it I get "The procedure entry point SUnMapLS_IP_EBP_20" could
not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll".  I'm curious
if it's possible to copy the game from one computer to another like
this?  I need it on the second computer to try playing a networked
game and I don't have the original CD.

Methinks you're gonna have to locate the CD. Sounds Colin McRae installed
some Windows 95-specific game files. One of those files is calling a
function in a Windows component. That function apparently doesn't exist
under Windows 2000.

KERNEL32.DLL is a Windows file, NOT a Colin McRae file. It is specific to
your version of Windows so it would be a really BAD idea to try to copy it
to your Win2000 PC! Especially not from 95 to 2000 - that's a couple of
generations difference.

I have copied installed versions of games from one PC to another without any
problems, but I've never tried Colin McRae. For example, I've copied my
original GPL installation from Win98 to Win2000 and it worked fine. It's
dependent on the game I guess.
