N3 Gauges?

Hi,
Just installed Nascar 3 and the CTS add-on, twice, and my problem
remains no needles on my gauges!  I think I've seen something about this
before, but can't seem to recollect.  On the second try I installed the
updates from Sierra.com to no avail.  Also getting what appears to be weird
line movement in the infield grass, all graphic options on, framerates
between 50-60.  Any ideas, crew?

Hmmm.. not sure this is the problem but have you tried playing the game in
different resolutions?

Amazingly enough this happened to me about two sets of new radeon drivers
ago...  I think it cured itself... I certainly did nothing.. try the 7012's
:-)   Try going  to a lower resolution , run the game ..and then come back
to your usual res ..see if that does it!

I have same thing with my All in wonder Radeon....no needles and lines moving
in infield.  I bought the Radeon to replace my AIW Pro when I bought N4 so it
hasn't really been an issue for me but I tried the suggestion above....no
change.

This is a problem with video driver for the Radeon card. I don't remember
which version works, but if haven't done so, goto ATI and download the
latest offical version (7075) or the beta (7115) and see if it takes care of
it.

The main thing is to 'really' change the drivers :-)....
Go to add/remove and remove your ati drivers...
then go to device manager and change the display adapter to a
pci one.. (it still thinks it is agp..)
Finally....  in spite of windows warning .. hehe ... reduce
res to 640 x   etc...
Reboot and reinstall new drivers..  this way maybe it resets the agp port
too.
I still say those needles wus gone !! Now theys back!!!
radeon 64 ddr  it must be when I changed drivers.. ?
