Heat allows you to race on ANY track (alas, I can't get it to
work right now).
TEN only allows Atlanta or Watkins Glen and only cars, BUT
it's DAMN easy to set up.

There's also Kali and Kahn - they're programs that allow you
to play IPX games over the internet, but I haven't messed with them
yet.
