Wait-a-minute...Eldred..your DEAD...he said so.  So one of usenet's
unwritten rules of courtesy plainly states that DEAD people should not
post.   Not only is it RUDE for a DEAD guy to post, it's downright scary.
So I don't beleive for ONE minute that you would be that rude....

lol...

time to learn how Xreader plonks children.

He should kill Eldred? That would be wrong.

Thanks for pointing that out.  I'd hate for guys here to think that is
wanted I wanted to happen, which of course it isn't as it would be
wrong.  Very wrong indeed.  Very, very, very wrong indeed.

Let's hope raser doesn't fail to understand what I meant and get any
ideas.  :)

Glad to see this isn't true Eldred, I don't understand something
though, I have posted here numerous times, and check the group daily,
although I don't post much, I have never seen Eldred say or do
anything within the group that would warrant this kind of childish
behaviour.  Whatever personal beefs people have with someone, need to
be handled personally, not through everyone else in the group.

I agree,

That was very tacky. I was on a business trip about a week and a half ago,
took ill, and was hospitalized about 1600 miles from home, and ended up
having surgery there.
Upon returning, I check ras and see the original post here, and thought it
was serious.  I don't know Eldred personally, just from his posts and
contributions to the group here, and have always enjoyed reading his posts,
so I was very saddened when I read the O.P.

Not funny at all, I don't care what the situation, no one should ever take
something like death lightly in that manner.

On one of the flightsim groups that I frequent, one of the regular posters
disappeared for a while. A couple of weeks ago, he returned to report that
his absence was down to the fact that his wife had just passed away, having
lost her battle with cancer. It hits home to me when somebody you have grown
to know suffers such devastation.

When sick ***ers post messages like this it really turns my guts over. It
is nothing less than reprehensible and beneath contempt...

I was thinking the same thing, the only thing I can off is the OP confusing
Eldred with a driver who uses the handle Pickett on iGOR occasionally
(Eldred uses EldredP). The latter is not a terrible driver by any stretch of
the imagination, but perhaps something happened in a race or in chat.

Or it could be the offense is in the eye of the beholder... I've lost my
cool with other posters and vise versa over things which the group as a
whole considered banal<sp?>.
