New Banshee drivers!!

New Banshee drivers at the 3DFX web site. Dated 5/10/99. I seem to have a
more consistant frame rate and it just seems to look better in GPL. Haven't
done any benchmarks but everything seems to be a little faster and very
stable.

I still have problems with textures at resolutions higher than 640x480.

It is better than it used to be and doesn't always happen.  Usually it is
just the grass with these new drivers.

Perhaps this problems was fixed sometime ago and I missed it?  3DFX's
drivers sure don't seem to help....
