extract the files in the zip to a temp folder of choice. Go to device
manager and select your vide card adapter, and then select properties,
select driver tab and the the update driver button, change driver to
standard vga, reboot, got to device manager again and select the video
adapter once more and update the drivers as described above but point
the it to look in the folder where you unzipped the files too, follow
the instruyctions and reboot. That's it.

"The drivers available here are NVIDIA reference drivers and are provided
"as is" with NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT. They do not contain OEM/manufacturer
specific customizations that shipped with your NVIDIA video card. Please
consult your board manufacturer or OEM for supported drivers."
Stick with your boards certified drivers, i.e. from your boards manufactures
web site, not NVIDIA's site. IMO
"dowload, cant" I can see that you don't know how to use a spell checker
too. (just kidding, he he)
Sounds like you need a remedial course in Windows Explorer.
If it's a self extracting file/program just Double Click it, (single click
preferred here, saves that mouse button from wearing out) from there and it
will expand and run from C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
Or you can do.
In Windows ME
Start > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer (I copied the Windows
Explorer to Programs for ease of use).
Expand window, Create a folder at C:\ (root) name it TEMP
or aaTemp (to keep it at the top of the Browse box list, 100gb's on 6
partitions here).
_aTemp if you have "Show hidden files and folders" in the View Tab of Folder
Options.
You can use the C:\WINDOWS\TEMP folder too. But that takes a little more
digging and may be loaded with allot of ***if you don't keep up with your
maintenance programs, (Disk Cleanup).
So when you get the "Save As" dialog box, just go to your hard drives C:\
(root), and open the temp folder that you created.
Most Modern Windows versions will default to either "My Documents" or
"Desktop" it depends on if you have "Show My Documents on the Desktop"
checked in the View Tab of Folder Options.
Make sure that you have "Enable Install On Demand (Other)" unchecked and
"Notify when downloads complete" checked in the "Advanced" Tab of Internet
Properties in Internet Explorer. (IE 6.0.2600 preferred).
You should save all your update drivers/programs to a folder say "Soft_Ins"
and backup to CDR, CDRW or Zip Disk in case you need them again after a
system crash.
That's one thing good about learning about computers starting with older
Mac's.
Lesson 1: "Save your file every 5 minutes, and Backup Daily".
Mac's have a very fragile Hard Drive filing structure.
"Macintosh" stands for "Most Applications Crash If Not The Operating Systems
Hangs".
Naaa I still like my Mac's, really. LOL
Netscape Users? Get a good browser (Netcrap, Netscrape).........he he No it
should be fairly similar.
Damn I gave up on Netscrape around Mac OS 7.0 days, LOL.
If you find this long and confusing, GOOD !
As an Ex Harley Davidson (AMF days) Rider-Mechanic, I paraphrased a saying:
"If Yaa Can't Fix/Rebuild It Yourself, Yaa Shouldn't Be Riding It"
