No patch needed. NASCAR 1 had undocumented network support built into

Can you tell me if it is possible that Indycar2 possibly has the
network code in it as well as that was made after Nascar1.?

To the best of my knowledge there is not full network code in ICR2.
There may be "fragments", but I don't think they are tied together to
provide any means of network play.
