Pedal unit or wheel ??

Heres how to take the pedal unit apart :
http://www.lugnutsracing.com/pedals.html

I tried this squashball mod once but found it a bit too hard.
When I had assembled the pedalunit again the throttle made a strange spoiing
sound every time I stepped on it.
Turned out the spring had to be rotated a bit.

I did look inside the wheel once, to see why it was working.....8-)

You start with the 6 Unbraco bolts in the center of the wheel.
Then you can lift up the wheel, two small connectors must be removed.
Think the connectors are identical, so take a note of the wire colors.
Then you remove the small shiny philips screws in the button to get of the
red cover.

There is a metal 'gearbox', did not try to take that apart but think that
was held together by some philips screws.

To be correct here:
you then remove the Alu-plate with the button to get to the two small
cables you need to remove before lifting of the wheel.

If you sing really loud while racing, you may not hear it anymore. Downside
is that the insanity problem gets passed on to your neighbours... but you
never liked them anyway  ;-)
