I own a legal copy (CD version) of F1GP. I love the sim but HATE the
need to look in the manual for correct word each time I play. Is there
a crack available to turn off this annoying feature?

Try searching for some of the F1GP home pages. There is a crack around that only
require you entering Monza each time. A crack / cheat program called
Lock (or Locksmith something had a crack in which you didn't have to type
anything in.
Is there a difference between your CD version and my old diskette version, do
you think? More enhancements, cut scenes or something?

The F1GP crack in Lock (or locksmith) had an unfortunate side effect.
Schumacher, sorry Senna would always qualify in the 1st position
(nothing strange there but), car no 2 would qualify as no 2 and so on.
No matter what their times were. This also held true for the fastest
laps. Try switching to car 1..

Another crack programme, Crock, saved my worn manual without any weird
effects so far.
