when i go to make a track, the colors of the original track are still on the
track when like the ashpalt is turned off? how do i change these colors like
sky, grass, and aspalt?

Thats not such an easy question to answer, unfortunately, mainly due to the
fact that we are not telepathic, and have absolutely no idea what the *** you
are talking about.

Don't know a lot about this as well, but I do know that the untextured
colors for objects around the tracks are embedded in the 3do files.  I've
been able to change some, but not all of them.  You'll need a hex editor,
and some knowledge of hex.  For example, in the N2 3do files the colors will
be listed as a hex number instead of a palette value.  This is, and can be
rather confusing and time consuming.   I am no expert and even an expert
would not be able to teach you how to change the untextured object colors in
this forum.  May I suggest you take a look at the information provided at:

In their track edits page under file information.  This will give you some
idea of the extent of the problem with changing the untextured object
colors.
