I've just moved into a new house and I want to get a poster or two
similar to the 60s GP posters.

Does anyone know where I can buy these?

I know this is ever so slightly OT, but if anyone should know,
it's one of us GPL freaks :)

I don't mean to be a smart ass, but, if you go to your favorite search
engine, you will find hundreds of on line stores that will have what you're
looking for. www.google.com for one.

Alastair

I realise it's a sort of obvious answer, but I haven't been able to find
what I'm after. BTW, I'd never used google before but I gave it a try
and managed to find one site with some possibilities.

I'm no net-newbie so I also get annoyed at questions which could easily be
answered with a little effort on the part of the asker, but as I said
I hadn't been successful so far. Maybe I should have made that clear
initially.

As it happens, you have helped me Alastair, so thanks for that. Perhaps it's
time to ditch altavista and give google more of a try.

Nick, if you can grab a copy of the monthly MotorSport magazine, or even
Classic & Sportscar, you will often find adverts for posters somewhere in
the "for sale" area.

Also, try eBay or similar;  bought a terrific period poster of Gurney in the
Eagle from an eBay source.

Hope this helps.

exchange rate in Aust buying overseas turns out very expensive, I got a Dan

Nick, like I said, I didn't want to come off like a jerk. I went to google
and came up with quite a few places where you could find posters. So , I
thought I'd tell you about it. Google is a good search engine as is
www.dogpile.com and www.metacrawler.com. Hope you find what you're looking
for.

Or simply buy a decent color printer :) My room is decorated with
printed pics of Clark, Hill, Lotus and Ferrari's :)

Hallo Andre,

weer gaan.

vakantie. Zodra ie weer terug is (over 2 weken) zullen we ff een datum
afspreken.

Groetjes,
Andre

The quality of a printed downloaded image is nowhere near that of a
collectors-edition poster press-printed on quality stock.
