When I try to log on a SECOND time the serve spits out cannot find
MOTD.ptx. Well it is in my nascar directory with all the other ptx
files. HELP!!!!!

Try deleting MOTD.PTX from your local system.  It sounds like it somehow
got corrupted.

I have tried that also and it did not help. This has happened twice
first with an earlier version of Hawaii, then when I downloaded the
newer version I was once again able to connect only once. The second
time it could not find MOTD. If I delete all the PTX files I get
"can't find (all).ptx files" I have even deleted userinfo.cfg and
tried logging on under a different name with no luck
