Changing the control keys for GP2?

Hi,

        Is there some way of "hacking" GP2 to accept more conventional
keyboard steering methods, eg. the control pad arrows for directional
control and "A", "Z" for shifting? The existing one is totally out of
convention with the other racing games. Or, can someone hack the game to
do that?
