Whew! Thanks, thought either I or my machine was losing it for a while there.
The other thing I did wrong (other than not waiting for my myriad of replays
to get loaded) was to put the program into a separate directory. Once I put it
into the GPL Replay directory and gave it a minute or two it worked.
In some cases I was unable to load a specific lap, the message said the lap
didn't exist in the specified replay, but when it worked it worked very well.
