I have just shamelessly mirrored the F1GP directory from
brains.cc.rl.ac.uk to microwave1.ph.msstate.edu /pub/wc/.
This site may not always be up, but it usually is.  Uploads
are welcome in /incoming.

But isn't the main site in the US anyway?
