        I think Papyrus...maker of our beloved ICR I and II and also
NASCAR Racing...is out of business. All of the phones are disconnected

Sorry to say they've suffered a fate much worse than bankruptcy....
...Papyrus were recently bought by Sierra :-)  

Witness the six-months-and-counting wait time for the ICR2 patch we'd
all like to see.  Draw your own conclusions.
