Has anyone with a SB Live Value Sound card (retail version) gotten any
sound out of Official F1?  I get the music in the menus, but no game
sounds (car engine, tire squeal, etc)

I'm using LiveWare 2.0, which I believe is the latest driver for the
sound card.

Anybody get this to work?  Any suggestions would also be appreciated.

I've got it to work on my live, I use the drivers that came with the card.

I'm using an SB Live Value, and in the front screen it says it detects
no sound, but the game does work and sound is there....though I have
to turn up the volume a bit.  The volume is set rather low by default.

No sound with my SB Live either, but since I thought the game was a piece of
junk, it was no loss. <grin>

Yeah, In the front screen, it also detects no sound for me.  Another
strange thing is that it detects a Pentium III, when in reality I have a
Celeron 300A.  I tried running it at 300 (turned off the overclocking), and
the results are the same.

I turned my sound volume to the max, and I still get absolutely no sound.

I'm running it ubder Win 95 OSR2, if that matters.

Thanks for the suggestions.  Any other ideas?
