I agree with you.  I have been trying to get a hold of customer service
for the past two weeks.  Maybe they can't figure out how to reply
to e-mail or pick up that thing on a desk that rings a lot.  It's
pretty sad when a incredibly smart guy name Jed works for free to make
these games better and the people who are getting paid to help or
support their customers do not.  I just they don't know what customer
service is.  Is is one customer who is getting tired of all this crap.
It's my money you guys at Seirra are going to lose.
