Got network nascar going!!

I finally got nascar network to go.  You have to login to a novell server to be
able to run it though :(.  But it kicks a$$.  Now if you could just get a 40 car
multiplayer field at Talladega!  We need some good hackers to figure this one out:)

This would require the nascar multiplayer server software, which Papyrus will
not release.  It would require MUCH more than a hack.
