nascar2 50th doesnt work!!

I just bought nascar 2 50th anniversary and when i go to start it up, it
says something like cant initialize video and all sorts of errors.  What is
wrong?  I have an AMD 350 (parents') with 64MB, AGP 8MB graphics card
(unsure which type) and all the goodies (voodoo1 also).  I would like to
play it but it just wont start, im getting very frustrated.

I have a 4meg AGP video card that gives me the same errors, it is due to the
fact that the video card does not support a VESA driver my card is a Number
Nine Revolution 3D.  What I did to get it to play was download the Beta 3DFx
patch from Papy or the Pits and add a 3DFx card.
