No there is no rain or wet surface in GP2. Wish it was. Some how the
weather is always just fine.

Wet Weather in GP2

Wet weather is such an important and integral part of Formula 1, and yet
it is not included in the "most realistic F1 sim ever". I think a patch is
in order, although it should have been included in the game to begin with.
