Can anyone please tell me what the passwords are used for in CMR ? Usually
about 15 numbers long

The password is to certify the best time on each stage. You can submit it to
Codemasters "Hall of Fame". Check it, and you will see what other players
has managed on each stage and also best time for each rally.
