I think a GPL replay viewer would be cool - so you can send the replays to
those poor ***s who don't have GPL !!

My thought on this is that.. GPL's replay  viewer is a seperate option in
the menu.. maybe making it possible (easier) to rip out than it would be w.
say N1 or N2. Hackers..? is this right?

I'd rather have a way to make an AVI, MOV, or MPEG "film" with announcers
and everything...  Of course, you'd have to be able to select certain
drivers to focus on and camera angles too (like the replay functionality
in GPL already provides) to make it REALLY cool.

released ages ago?

Cheers!

I could tell you but then ... awe nevermind ... the easiest thing to do at
the
time was to hook up a game machine to our BETA SP system, then used
that with our Non-Linear Editing system (Speed Razor in this case) to do
merges/cuts/effects and then outputed that to .avi or .mov, I forget which
...

Hope that answers your q ...

Just a thought. If you had one of those VGA-TV switch boxes, *and* you
had a TV card in a separate PC.. could you loop the screen feed off
into the other PC, which is set up to record in the TV software?

I think you could then play GPL (or watch/record a replay) using the
other PC's monitor, and the TV softwares' window.

Hope this make the slightest bit of sense. =)
