I have this problem: I load WCLAUNCH and everything
is ok. When I leave the game I can see that the telemetry
data was saved to a file. But, when I load the file in the
analyser I can never analyse the laps, because they are not
continuous. Anyone knows what this means?
I do not go over the grass or into the pits. I am very
careful to do legal laps...

Tell me about it - its a nightmare. You spend loads of time
setting a perfect lap and then you find you can't view the .prf
file.

I was on to Gizmo (Dave Gymer) the other day about this and he
says that "GPanalyzer is very fussy over exactly where you drive; each bit of the
track has a "segment number" and if there are some missing it will
throw out the lap. This is intended to stop people driving over the
grass but unfortunately it also rules out laps where you drive over the
entrance to the pitlane, which makes it almost useless at some tracks
(Montreal, Interlagos) where to set a fast time you HAVE to drive over
that."

Now I have been careful to stay on the track AND not drive over the
pitlane entrance but the analyser still throws the lap saying it
is not continuous.

If anyone has some more ideas I (We) would be grateful if you would
share them.

Yea, I have an idea, but you'll have to wait a little while.  I'm
currently writing a .PRF file viewer.  It doesn't care if you run over
the pit entrance.  It's in beta and should be out sometime soon.

I had the same problem. Then I found out that it depends on the cpu-occupancy.
I adjusted the frame rate so that occupancy stays bellow 100% in any case
and everything works fine.                                    ^^^^^^^^^^^
