NASCAR pit trouble

Most of the times when I am leaving the pits during crowded times an AI
car will scream out of its pit and smack right into me!  I've always been
in the through lane when this happens.  It's as though they don't know
I'm there. It's ruined several good starts for me.  Certain somebody else
has had this happen? It seems like a pretty serious bug.

I've had that happen once in a while.  My real complaint, however, is
that my pit crew is just plain slow as molasses!  give me an option to
fire em' and get some good one! how about a Felix Sabates option? Go
offer a million bucks to Larry McReynolds! hehehehe

seriously though, I'd like to see faster pit stops or perhaps an
option where the more they practice, the better they get!

Go #6 Mark Martin and #16 Ted Musgrave - Jack Roush Racing!!

Hey, it happens in real life! Rubbin' is just racin'!

I've never been hit by a car pulling out, though I've had a few close
calls. I have been hit getting into my pit, which was no fun, particularly
since I ended up facing the wrong way. But Jeff Gordon got turned around by
someone at Rockingham on his way into the pits. Rusty's front end got
smashed up by a loose tire coming down pit road. Them's just the breaks.

I had this problem allot with v1.0 but one of the fixex with v1.21 is
stpping the eradic movement of cars on pit road.  hasn't happened to
me yet with 1.21...

Careful, your RF tire changer might get pissed off at you and
walk off, it happened to Rusty !  It would be a nice touch to have
improving pit crews but it will probaly never happen. So depending
which track your on try and time it so you only have to take on
right sides during your last stop.

Try adjusting the agressiveness of the drivers in the cars/drivers file, if it
is the same *** (car) that does this to you. As for improving the pits;
what about an option of taking on two wheels only, and lesser fuel?

Just try to get up to speed right away...they can't hit you if you are right
around 55mph, if they exceed it they will be coming back for a stop and
go.  Short tracks are scary for this...if nothing else wait the extra second,
you might lose track position, but you will still be in the race.

The manual gives detailed instructions on how to radio your pit crew
while driving, so the next time you pit, they only do what you asked
for.
