Sorry DonBut the tips I need are for races of 20% and longer my tires wear
out about have way and slow down alotlike mich last night I was doing 192's
early then tires started wearing and I had a big drop off in speed I was
doing 180 at the end of a 40 lap run.So any tips would be helpful and

1).     Find a good setup and drive your line carefully.  The points of
gassing
and braking are critical.  I use the same setup for racing 30 laps as
I do a five lap sprint.  It all comes down to the lines!!!  Here are
some drivers that have been the most successful on hawaii MP running
longer races...  You can also use the IVGA Michigan Setup's in the
IVGA Publication section..

2).     Joe Farr and myself used Chevy and Hoosiers in the offline races
        at Papyrus and wipe out the field, so the old saying that hooisers
        cant do it is bonk.  You just have to be careful...

As you can see their hasnt been alot of fast 40 lap races... So your
times
might not have been that bad... Mayhe you took DAMAGE...

I can speak on behalf of the IVGA and we always thought that GT86 was a
TOP
driver...  It must have been something else and I bet the next race you
will
smoke the field ...
