There have been lots of rumblings in this newsgroup about N3 and what new
features it should have.

Has Papy even made an official announcement that they're working on N3?

Not until now.... but there's one in the video on the BGN Track
PPack CD-Rom. Christmas '98.

YES! It's on the "Previews" video on the BGN CD! They're shooting for
Dec of 98. (Do NOT watch this video if you don't want to get all
pumped... already seen four "gotta-haves" because of it!)
