Reduce Caution Laps?

Is there a way to reduce or minimize the number of caution laps in
Nascar 2?  I would rather race with caution laps enabled but taking 2 to
three laps around Daytona or Talledega gets old real fast.

I agree, is there a way to reduce them in CART Racing too?
