Can anyone help on a few setups for the short tracks, as well as the road tracks?

For some reason I usually get a DNF on most of the two types of tracks, I kick-ass on

Try Cloud 9 BBS at (303) 940-7990. Lots of setups there.

Go to the PITS at http://www.racesimcentral.net/~jkohl/thepits   They have
tons of setups for all the tracks.

Jason - for the short tracks, the most important thing is being able to
control your car in various situations, so you can avoid traffic and handle
your car in any position it might get into.  When I'm preparing a setup for
short tracks, I try to learn how to drive at least three different racing
lines around the track, as well as making rapid lane shifts while in the
turns.  If you can do this, you should be able to avoid "DNF's" more of the
time, and then you can worry about eeking out the last MPH or two.  My 2
cents...
