Cheap Simulator Plans?

I am looking for plans to build a cheap***pit. Right now I don't have any
certain wheel in mind, but I would like to make it comfortable enough where
I could either play Nascar 2003 or F1C. Anyone know where I might find
something like this?

There are lots of other links and DIY articles there as well that might give
you some ideas.
