GPL-related birthday wish (sort of)

Hi all,

Its very late, Ive written way too much about the Internet in Poland
(dont even ask), and my birthday is coming up soon.

Anyway, what I want for my birthday is a game that uses the GPL engine (or
something just as good), but lets me race a 1970 Porsche 917K (Ive got one
on my monitor, and Ive stared at it too long). Tracks could of course
include Le Mans, but also the tracks used for the long distance races of the
day such as Spa, Nurburgring etc. Oh, and if its not to much bother, other
period cars would also be nice, such as the Ferrari 512S and that
funny-looking blue Matra.

Would anybody else be even remotely interested in that? And has this subject
already been beaten to death with the proverbial roll of kitchen tissue? If
so, please forgive me.

I think we all would want that :)
But if you're interested in Porsches, be sure to get Porsche 2000,
it's great!

Andre

PS What about the internet connection in Poland? Is it that good? :)

It's good fun, but it doesn't have the sweetest of them all, the 917
(And no 959, either, but at least that's on the list of cars that will
be available for download in the future).
