Please help! My problem with F12000CS is when ever the crew member talks to
me the display pauses or skips for about a second. Especially if he hasn't
said anything for a few minutes. Is this a common problem with this sim? I
have a Thunderbird 1.2 Ghz, Geforce-2 Ultra 64 meg and 384 megs of ram,
running WINME. Only items running besides the game are explorer and systray.

Thanks,

Sal

no not common at all...what kind of soundcard do you have?  And are
the drivers up to date?  DX version also might help.

This is a documented problem with DirectX.

I believe DX 8.0a solved this.

My soundcard is a SBLive Value and I have the latest drivers installed for
WINME. I'm also running DX8.0a. I don't get it because I have most of all
the sims we talk about here and no problems like with F12000CS. Strange.
