FPS question...

New to GPL and am getting 34 fps with a Plll 600, GeForce with opengl, 256 ram,
SBlive.  I just read that the human eye has trouble discerning any difference
above 30-32 frames per second and that movies are displayed at 30 frames per
second.  If this is true, is it that big of a difference that somone should get
36 or 40 frames per second?
I notice when the fps drops below 29 or so, and of course at the start when I
am getting 22.  But otherwise, everything is fine above 30.  Just a thought.

Online is where your driving will suffer the most.  any time you are
NOT getting 36fps, then your car has to jump around slightly to keep up
with everyone else's framerate.  So34 is good especially for the
geewhizforce, but if you want online sucess with no disconects, you
gotta try and grab those last two frames.

NOTE: you won't get any higher than 36fps as this is the GPL limit.
