Is it true that Papyrus' Nascar-4 will take advantage of dual processors?
Doesn't the operating system have to support this as well (SMP)? ie: WIN-NT
or WIN-2000?

yes, you are correct NASCAR 4  will support SMP, and inorder to take
andvantage of this you'd have to be running an OS such as Win 2k that
supports SMP.
