Racing League for casual racers

The other day I saw a new league forming for casual drivers. I can't
seem to locate this info anymore. Does anyone know what league I am
refering to. One of the things was that the winner will share his setup
with all the other racers.
Any help would be appriciated.

You could be talking about the league that I joined several weeks ago.
It's called the slowpokes league, and we are pretty low key.  Nothing
too serious, just want to race the different tracks and get to know them
all.  You can check out Evan's (the administrator's)  website at
http://www.crl.com/~eds/race.htm

We race Monday nights 7:30 PST.  Usually around 25%, at least one pit
stop.... all the details are at the website.  We just finished the
season this Monday, and we are starting over at Atlanta next Monday.
I'm sure that you are welcome to join.
