N4 vs. N2002 season.

Hi all,

Looking for opinions - why should I buy N2002 season (currently have
N4)?
I have tried the demo a little and noticed quite a FPS hit compared to
N4 but may have not run enough laps to see any real improvements.

BTW: I don't race online and spending the little time I have with F1
2002.

P4 1.8GHz, GeForce3, XP Pro, 512MB.

Thanks,

bmw

Updated graphics, updated tracks, much improved driveability over N4.  There have been two patches
released for it already, and OpenGL framerates for me are nearly identical from what I had in N4.
IMHO, its a much better version, if you can't see that from playing the demo, maybe you never
would...

I second everything Biz said, and point this out:  Coca-Cola Superspeedway,
3.0 miles, NO RESTRICTOR PLATE!!  220mph+ in the straights.....

If you don't race online, and spend ll your time with F12002 I'd wait till
the next release. You've made it this far whats another 6 months.

Personaly I love NR2002 and think its way better than N4. I'd agree with
BIZ's take on NR2002 as well, but I don't think I have turned more than 5
laps at Coke Speedway.  A 3 mile unrestricted track just doesn't strike my
intrest at all. Now if they want to do a fantasy track for the next release
I'm hoping it will be a short track.

And throw in a nice road course for good measure.
