Also, we ran Pocono at the LAN's... no problems.
I haven't raced N4 offline "Full Race mode" except for a 100 lap at Daytona
that was pretty yellow free. Just had the 4 or 5 group of cars that dove
into the infield grass at the start.
But I have had an erroneous Black Flag on a start pace lap online, where the
pole sitter bailed before the start, and the game thought that he was still
on the pace lap. "Stay behind the XX car" that wasn't even in the race. I
slowed, but from the offline experience (Nascar Legends) I have had with
this, sometimes ya just gotta pull off down onto the apron and stop to avoid
the penalty, and I didn't want to create a pileup of the 20 racers behind
me. Result: Black Flag on the First Lap. I watched the replay and I hadn't
passed the pace car, so it must have been the invisible pole sitter.
Oh well "Ya know these new fangled electronic gizmo's can get confused
sometimes"

I don't have the time at the moment to seriously consider running online at
the moment and this sort of stuff really detracts from the off-line game.

Some laps later, I was three laps down, but behind the leader when the
yellow came up. The leader pitted and I was right behind the pace
car. I did not get told to pass the pace car, but all the other
drivers were giving me a hard time because they ment I was in the way,
including ramming me from behind (!?!). When some of them passed me I
was told to pass them again.
All this combined with a bunch of untalented people who couldn't even
form a formation lap without messing up on a 50 lap race, and sure did
not know how to run a yellow laps, made for a very interesting race.
There should be a pace line order list in the information window.
