In my opinion Carmageddon 2 sucks.
I liked playing Carmageddon 1 alot, but the sequel ain't worth it.
Dethkarz on the other hand is ALOT of fun.
The Karz handles very well enabling powerslides, wild overtaking and
so on, the graphics is pretty damn good, the tracks are well built and
at some points pretty challenging.
Also the shooting part of the game is very funny, just remember that
if you smoke someone, don't be to near him when he blows up, you will
experience a quite disorientating blue flash, and your screen will
shake wildly.
Myself and two others had a lot of fun racing against each other over
LAN.
On my P2-266/64 MB Ram/8 MB Voodoo2 this thing runs totally smooth
with all graphics options on at 800x600.
Just remember that this is NOT a sim, so don't be disappointed on that
account!.

I have the full version. It rocks! Its not a "sim" but does have
pretty good car physics as far as cornering ect.. Incredible
graphics. A little on the hard side but its good enough to keep coming
back to. The best racing game of its type that ive played in some
time. It tops NFS III imho.
