viewed the replay and noticed that the cars were in fact a tyre width apart
when the crash happened.
Another problem I have is that when you go into the back of someone, or hit
their rear tire with your front one, they are the ones that flip up in the
air. This is a bit unrealistic as every crash I have seen like this
(G.Villenueve, Christian Fittipaldi, Ricardo Patrese, Didier Pironi) usually
ends up with the car behind getting airborne, and common sense would tell
you that the front tyre will go over the top of the rear one.
The AI also do seem to be a bit reckless and will just drive into you. It
is also a bit strange how they amazingly ltend to stay on the track when you
hit them, even quite hard, while just a small tap sends a players car
spinning onto the grass.
I think the AI in GP2 is still better than GPL, seems to be Papyrus's weak
point, if you think about the bugs with the NASCAR AI aswell.
