Motorhead: Muted sound fx?

Motorhead: Muted sound fx?

A week or so after I got my Logitech FF, which included motorhead, my
generic vibra 16 sb clone soundcard died, so I threw in a genuine sb 16
waveffects.  I ended up having to remove the waveffects table drivers
because the reverb was freezing my sound every few seconds.  Without it,
it's been working fine in all my games, except motorhead.  The cd audio
plays fine, but with the sfx turned all the way up, the only time I hear my
car is under a bridge, and even then I have to crank the speakers up and
turn the cd audio way down.  It's not the greatest game in the world, but it
is pretty cool to show off the FF effects.  Anyway, if anyone has any ideas,
or is having a similiar problem, I'd like to get some feedback.  I've got
the newest sb drivers, and dx6.

I also got Motorhead with my Logitech wheel.  This game is blazingly fast!
I think the muted SFX sounds are a bug, because the same thing happens to
me.  I have to crank the volume way up.
