changing quick-race car setup for GP2

Does someone have any idea how to change the (default) car setups of
quick-races in GP2? I have some new cicuits installed, some of them
requiring a larger ride-height and a higher maximum RPM.

Thanks,

AFAIK, if you go through a practice session or the Car Setups menu and
load the new setups, they'll stay there when you go and run a Quick Race.

I generally run Quick Races as an aid to remembering circuits, and do so
with the qualifying setup - I can tell when this is loaded as the plank
skims most of the way down the straights!

When you have a quick race, GP2 loads the *last* used set-up.

The easiest thing to do to make sure you have the required set-up, is
go to the drive menu, select drive options, select car set-ups, and
then load the appropriate set-up.

Then start a quick race and you will have the correct car set-up.
