DTR and 4 axis controlers

Has anyone figured out how to use 4 axis controllers with DTR yet?  I
can use them but my gas peddle and brake peddle act as if they were key
board buttons.. on or off with nothing in between.

What are 4-axis-controllers? 3 axis (split axis with pedals) work fine
here.

        Axis #1 = steering left/right
        Axis #2 = Gas peddle
        Axis #3 = Brake Peddle
        Axis #4 = clutch

DTR and 4 axis controlers

Mine goes like this :
EXL 500 wheel (2Axis) + CH pedals on racecar mode (2Axis).

Many of the quality wheels on the market now work on 4axis. Whenever you
have a clutch or an analog connection after your 2pedals + wheel, it's a
4axis wheel.  ECCI, TSW, etc..

Axis 1 : wheel left/right
Axis 2 : EXL pedals up/down (modified in sims as a clutch pedal)
Axis 3 : Gas pedal left/right
Axis 4 : Brake pedal up/down
